Iced Tea has caffeine in it. That throws us out of whack.

Lemonade (with no sugar, of course) is fine. Some people have difficulty with Nutrasweet, others don't. You just have to monitor yourself and your reactions.

I drink a lot of Crystal Light (again, with nutrasweet in it). Also, I make Kool-Aide with Splenda in it. That way you avoid the whole nutrasweet thing.

For water, the colder the better for me, and a squeeze of lemon or lime makes it much better.
