(The following posts are all from Renee, it looks like she's having trouble with her account!) Try eating a piece of cheese, or some other protein snack instead. Sometimes I wake up very hot and sweating. I eat, and cool off in a few minutes and return to sleep. If I eat just before I go to bed, I find that I sleep through the night better, without having to wake up and eat. Renee
