Hi Tera,

The leaned beef with cream cheese, rolled with diced green onions, sounds terrific. Thanks for sharing the crab and shrimp tips as well.

This sounds fab......but a question here.....Isn't there supposed to be alot of cholesterol in the seafood?

I am an avid lover of seafood, but told that with my cholesterol, that was really high,to lay off the seafood.

I luv the recipes....they are quick and simple and YUMMY!!!

OMG.....I think I will go and raid my refridgerator now....lol!

Thanks again,Tera, You have wonderful tips.

P.s....when I read your posts,I find you being so POSITIVE....HOW DO YOU KEEP THE FAITH GOING HERE?HELP!!!

Sincerely,
