Poor people and the carbohydrate.

Hi,

I was officially diagnosed with PCOS last January and began taking Glucophage. I am a certified carbo-holic and have absolutely no willpower. With at least 120lbs to lose, this presents a problem. In the grocery store, I've found that eating healthy is an expensive propostion when you live pay check to pay check, as I do. Pastas and starchy foods seems to be plentiful and cheaper, not to mention more convienient. I'm looking for any advice on some economical ways to eat healthy and not spend all day in the kitchen. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Laura
