Hi all, Quick tip,

2. Not All Carbs Are Equal As the debate over high protein, low/no carbohydrates versus high/moderate/any carbohydrate diets continues, some carbs are getting a bad rap. Keep in mind, the term "carbohydrate" encompasses a broad range of foods. To classify carrots with candy and corn with croissants can cause confusion. Consider the nutrient content and complexity of the sugars when deciding which carbs to cut back on and which ones to never eliminate from your diet.

Please bear in mind that we need micro nutrients and macro nutrients to survive. Macro, are the protein, carbs and fat...the micro, are the other vitamins and minerals and cell salts.

We still need carbs to survive...choose the veggie variety........certain fruits have less sugars than others...strawberries..melons etc,are a far better choice than a bananna. Hope this helps some.
