My friends in Toronto used this diet and (both husband and wife) and
both lost weight (he did lose more than she did) It was the injection
diet that they used and they said it was strict - no cheating in what
you eat. and the injections overcome the starvation mode your body goes
into while dieting and not eating enough calories. The injections are
supposidly just vitamins..but who knows. I used to live in Canada and
now live in the states..and actually am thinking about this as an
option. (note: they did both gain back some of the weight when they
went off this diet)
