Hi! Currently ~55% of my calories come from Carbs and ~20-25% from fat and 25% from protein. I still eat carbs and would like to get that down number to 50%, but am having difficulty doing that. Are there any easy suggestions? Are some carbs better than others? Does anyone know of a yummy recipe book for low carb diets? Thanks, Megan
