Well Sandra, I'm pretty much with you on the low temperatures. My lowest pre-ovulation temp was 96.3 and ranges up to 97.8. Normally post-ovulation ranges at or above 98.0.

My thyroid level also comes out normal so I've tried adding some kelp tablets to my diet (if my multivitamins don't already have a large amount). I've also started using salt with iodine since I've noticed the lower temperatures. I have a book called Fetility, Cycles and Nutrition by Marilynn Shannon and she addresses low thyroid issues, PMS, PCOS, etc and some nutrition guidelines to help with these problems.

I'm sure the time for exercising is hard to come by. I encourage you to start even if it's just for 15 minutes a day. (Where do you get the 15 minutes, right?)

We'll see what happens as far as pregnancy in the next few months. Thanks for your input and good luck with you exercising.
