Hi Sandra,
Sorry...I don't have any answers for you, but I hope you can answer a
question... I was wondering approximately how many grams of carbs you
are consuming per day?
I am lower carbing...about 80 daily. I'm on the pill, since I am not
ready for a baby just yet. However, I am curious about if I were to go
off the pill....what level of carb intake is likely to induce regular
periods and ovulation. Of course, I understand this will likely vary
from woman to woman. As it is now...if I go off the pill, nothing
happens. Were you the same before low carbing?
Thanks Sandra!!
