I have been diagnosed with PCOS (finally) within the last year. I have now spent 7 months trying to lose the excess weight that I have - about 40 pounds. I have cut back calorie intake to around 1000 daily mostly fruits and vegetables, drinking only water about 8-10 glasses a day, taking comlete vitamins and spending around an hour and a half at the gym six days a week. I have to motivation and will power to continue this even though I have seen very little results. I know that it takes a while and I am building some muscle tone but lately I have been gaining more weight than losing. I know that I have a significant amount of weight to lose and and becoming frustrated with the lack of results. Does anyone have any other suggestions that maybe able to help me out. Thanks
