Newly Diagonosed where to startFrom: Linna (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 8 Nov 2001 15:57:19 -0600 (CST)
I am 21 years old, (just in June) and I was diagonosed in May. Originally, my doctor said it wasn't anything to serious, but he did prescribe bcp's and told me to lose weight. I have been looking into this problem lately, and I have found that I should try dieting and exercise, Etc. (we've all heard that). But I haven't found anything that works. Being 21, I work a full time job M-F and then goto college full time in the evenings M-F. I rarely have much time or energy to do anything else when I get home except to shower and hit the sack for the next day. I have changed my eating habits recently, and am now eating fruits and vegetables for quick meals in the car, instead of snadwiches or fast food. I try to eat right, but I have so little time. What questions do I need to ask my two doctors about PCOS. And does anyone have any exercise suggestions to push into a busy schedule?
