Hello: I say... forget the calorie counting and find your nearest weight watcher meeting!!!! I began a weight watcher program 7 weeks ago and have lost 17 lbs. The only week I gained was a week that I DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH!!! Be very careful about starving yourself. When your body thinks it is on the road to starvation, your metabolism shuts down and you could actually gain. Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water every day. And seriously, try the weight watcher "point" system. Forget the calorie counting (much to draining)Your points are based on your weight and the system is designed to help you eat better for LIFE.
