i too have been a vegetarian for a few yrs with some periods of meat eating, but not much. i am a seventh day adventist, and a majority of adventists are vegetarian. there is a group on yahoo groups who post recipes only. the group is adventist, but its not much chatter on beliefs, mainly recipes. the address is SDA-Vegan-Cooking@yahoogroups.com there are 6 types are vegetarians. try soy milk or lactaid, also, some cheese recipes are lactose free believe it or not, you can find them on the list i just gave you. you can use tofu in place of cheese in recipes. many people call themselves vegans and really only cut meat out of their diets. leaving them with a high carb diet. it is important to analyze your diet and see if you fall into this group of folks or not.

Char I am headed for greatness- wanna come along?
