I do have some of the symptoms, increased hair, some small skin tags on my neck, oily skin, infertility and I am heavy about 5'7" at 264. However, I carry my weight in an hourglass/pear shape. I'm not apple shaped. Is every case of PCOS shaped with the most fat in the middle area or is that just a generalization?
