Soc,

Whey powder has no lactose, and neither do the hard cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.) These also have no carbs, since there is no lactose or other sugar (except for potential startch and sugar in whey powder- check the label)

Plus, now there are dairy products with lactase (the enzyme that breaks down lactose-it's what lactose-intolerant people lack) added, and there are drops and pills that can be added to food to provide the lactase.
