I like water, but I wanted an alternative too, since sometimes you just want something different. I recently tried a drink mix called "Keto Kooler: Pink Lemonade Flavor" and it's great! It has zero carbs, and no sugars (no asparteme, no nutrisweet). It's manufactored by Life Services Supplements, Inc. out of Neptune, NJ. I found it at my local Natural Foods Market (in the section with all the Low Carb stuff). They also have a website http://www.ketofoods.com where you can look for a store near you that carries their products. While I'm at it...I'll go ahead and throw in my 2 cents (2 cents, 4 cents, 6 cents, a dollar! *lol*) on a few other products I've recently tried. * Keto Quick Bread: Banana Bread Mix - it only has 2 effective carbs per slice. It smelt wonderful cooking...however the taste left something to be desired. It was moist and spongy (too spongy tasting), and didn't really have any flavor at all. I don't think I'll be buying it again. * Ketogenic's Low Carb Bread Machine Mix: Honey Wheat - this bread also only has 2 effective carbs per slice. It smelt absolutely wonderful while it was baking (did great in my bread machine...you can also do it in your oven if you don't have a bread machine) and tastes GREAT! I would definately buy this one again; and will be trying some of their other flavors soon too. Their website is http://www.ketogenics.com , I also got this one at my Natural Foods Market. * No Pudge: Fudge Brownie Mix - Ok, this is one you'll definately want to be careful with...these things are so addictive! Also, you have to show some constraint, as they aren't exactly a low carb food per say.... each brownie (good sized though!) has 21 carbs... I usually cut the portions in half...so I can have this rich fudgey wonder at only 10.5 carbs! That's not too terrible, considering what else I might go find when I'm in a chocolate craving frenzy, *lol*. Their website is http://www.nopudge.com ....they also have other flavors besides the original...like Raspberry/Fudge...Mint/Fudge...etc. Ok...well...there's my $1.00 worth...LOL...enjoy!
