Re: lowcarbdiet and changes in my period

M,

I had the same thing the first few months of doing low carb. My period would come every two to three weeks, last long, and be heavier than it ever has been.

After the first three months of low carbing, my body adjusted and returned to normal.

My doctor said that sudden and dramatic weight loss can have that effect, regardless of the diet or method.
