GH - I think the level of carbs that works for everyone is different for everyone! (Of course! Like everything else in this fun disease!) What I would sugegst is this: Cut your carbs down really low, like say under 50g/ day. See how that goes, and then SLOWLY over a period of weeks (or even months) introduce more carbs into your diet. When you stop losing weight and the symptoms come back, you know you're eating too many carbs for you. So go back to the level you were at a week before or so - that's optimal for your body! Many women find relief from something as simple as cutting out refined sugar (like sodas and cake and so on.) Some women have to be very vigilant about how much they take in. Hope this helps!
