Hi everyone,

does anyone know why we have big bowl shaped belly's with pcos. I am about 10 pounds overweight my endocrinoligist is absolutely amazed that i have pcos. most of my overweightness is at my belly but not bad i am 5'4 and fluctuate between 135 to 140 pnds. I eat everything have not watched my diet but he says if i start watching my diet it may help with the hirsuitism (excessive hair). I don't really know to much about low carbs or how this may help considering what do carbohydrates have to do with our hormones.
