Winter, I took glucophage for a few months. I started losing weight, not sure how much...then I got scared because of the toxic acid thing. Now I started again and nothing is happening. It never regulated me nor did I get a period..but I didn't give it time in the beginning. Now I've increased to 1500 mg and nothing is happening for me. I too regret stopping when I first started.
