After that I started gaining weight. Every day I tell to myself I am starting on a diet today and can't do it. I am so frustrated about it, I don't know where to start. I went to dietition, she only repeated the things I already knew like cut the fat and carbs. I am currently on Glucophage XR 1500 mg. and haven't had my period for 3 months. I am afraid to call my doctor becouse I was so hopefull about Glucophage. It looks like it isn't working for me and he is going to tell me to go back to BCP. OH! I need some kind of help! I really want to loose weight but I don't know where and how to start! It's good to have this forum and feel close to people you don't even know. Thank you all!
