Hi, well done for taking that decision, I am on the low carb diet and have been for about 6 weeks I have lost 32lbs so far and still going, as for the chocolate ,,, well after the first week you wont be craving it anymore I used to no beable to go through a day without chocolate but now I dont even want one and when I do I have a small piece and feel VERY ill afterwards and get a realy bad head ache so I just dont have it anymore ,,,, but if you realy feel you need chocolate have a look at the atkins site they sell products low in carbs and yes they have the bread mixturesas well...... if you are in the UK you can get all the products at the site :lowcarbshop.com
