Hi everyone, i would like to say I have been losing weight for 3 months now and I have lost 60 pounds!! I dont like this low carb diet as carbs are essential to a daily diet. but i do not have any sugery foods and try to keep things natural, like fruit vegs bread etc... I have also increased my daily exercise by walking to work (about 4 miles in total) every day. I have treat day every saturday and will have a pie and chips or a kebab etc.. I losing 4 pounds a week steadily. I have always thought sugar is my enemy and by cutting that out the weight is falling off. I not bothered by being on a diet as I have a new attitude of there is more to life than food, and boy am i finding out! i have taken up rollerblading with my stepdaughter who is 13 and we have great fun, i have more energy and get loads more out of life! Eating is just a nesessity not a way of life! thanx shelly
