Hi!
This is my first time running into this website, but your regimen and
determination to lose weight really caught my attention. I live in
California and was wondering if you know of a similar program out this
way. I would love it if you would send me what you've been eating while
on this program. I was just diagnosed with PCOS a week ago and I am
trying to figure out what I should be eating. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks
