Hi, I am in Austrailia and i have been diagnosed with pcos for about 5 years when infertility was a problem, with that hurdle crossed and cleared didn't really think much more about it. Until the weight creeping on & on & on, i was even on a naturopath diet for 3 month eating fish, rice, veg & fruit and guess what? still the weight went on, that was with no salt, gluten, diary, meat, sugar, wheat. It was not fun and to still be gaining on top of it all was horrible. So i gave up and went to my gyn/ob. Anyway my period stopped and my dr was worried of the risk of cancer and to get me regular, gave me a script for the pill (diane). And recommended a good eating plan and exercise (easier said than done)I had made up my mind to go on the low carb diet, very determined! I am getting to a question! I then heard that the diet won't work if you are on the pill. Is this true? Can i adapt the diet at all to suit my body as everyone is different. I was so sure i had found the answer, and was all ready to go for it then the bubble was burst. Can anyone help advise my please. thanks A
