I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago, because I've always had irregular periods and I have gained a lot of weight. I discussed my symptoms with her and she told me I have all the classical signs of PCOS. With that she sent me home with a package of birth control pills and told me to come back in 6 weeks. She left me feeling very confused, so I looked it up on the internet and I find all this information. My question is should I go back to that doctor or find a new one?
