Other than that, I gained weight, even with a very closely watched change in diet, and increased exercise (went from 5 to 7 days/week). I get my blood drawn every 2 months, and no change in the numbers, most of them went the opposite direction of where they were supposed to go. Sooo...after that my Dr. put me on Actos, which has been very successful. I just got my first bloodwork back since beginning it in May. AF started in July, and ALLLL my numbers look awesome, my insulin is in the normal range, it used to be out of CONTROL!!! I haven't lost any weight, but I'm sort of okay with that for now, I feel better with the results I'm getting regarding my insulin, cholesterols and all that other good stuff.
