Ideally I would love to lose another 2 stones but that is, I hope, something that will happen when we find the right medication for me, my new doctor is looking into "Metformin" a diabetes treatment that can sometimes help pcos sufferers; Slimming Worlds' origional plan didn't work brilliantly for me but their green plan allows unlimited amounts of carbohydrates in the form of pasta, rice and potatoes which for me helped quell those dreadful cravings for biscuits and cakes and has made me eat more healthily in general. The weight loss alone has helped regularise my periods ( as much as can be expected)and has done wonders for my generalhealth, relieved my depression and, of course, boosted my ego. I hope some of this info. helps. Good luck.
