Hello, Some of your symtoms come from the PCOS,fatter in the stomach would lead to weaker there, no muscle tone. I too seem to be flabby some days and fine others, not really sure on that one though. I've never heard of the sore throat, nose and swollen gland thing from PCO. Acne is a big problem for all of us with PCO. Glucophage is a good thing for many women, but everyones body responds differently. There isn't a cure all for everyone yet, hopefully someday, but not yet. Deal with each problem individually if you have to, the throat thing sounds like maybe a gland problem. Good luck. JF
