Chelle,
I too am from UK and have pcos. I have had no help or support at all
from drs. I recently came across an e-group for uk sufferers
pcos-uk@yahoogroups.com which has been quite helpful. A uk diet site
which deals with pcos weightloss is http://www.vitaline-slimming.com. I
haven't tried it but others recommend it. The advice and diet is on a
one-to-one and is personalised to take into account pcos. I need to
lose a lot of weight too (About 6 stone!) and have been finding it
almost impossible to shift any weight.
Hope this is some help
