Re: PCOS in college

I found in college, about a year ago, it was actually easier in living on dorm food, than on my own. Most colleges I went to (4 colleges in 4 years) all had a great salad bar, and usually some type of non-fried protein, and when they didn't I opted for vegetarian. Depending on what the school is like, most colleges I went to had a great vegetarian selection. They also usually had sandwich stuff for lunch and dinner every day, grab some turkey and salad. I've found since living on my own, it's a lot harder than it was in college. It is so much easier when someone else is cooking and purchasing your food for you!!! I wish your daughter good luck in college!!!
