Bubba,

This has been a common theme on this site. I go non-traditional, ie, chicken salad wraps using big lettuce or cabbage leaves instead of tortillas. Frequently I make myself a smoothie using metabolite mix--just toss it in your blender with ice and a little water. I doctor it with cinnamon or mint. A plastic water bottle and I'm off.
