I need some advice from all of you Low Carbers out there. From being sick for so long until finally diagnosed with PCOS, I have become addicted to and dependent on food. I have hardly any will power when it comes to food. It's so bad that I cry when I feel hungry (which is pretty much 24 hours a day)! The low carb foods don't seem to satisfy my huge appetite. Has anyone else dealt with this dilema? How can I get a grip?
