I just went to the Endo on Friday and she told me to watch what I eat
but do not go on a Low carbo diet. She said that when you go on low
carb, you are increasing your protein and that can lead to high levels
of fat. She suggested to me to try Weight Watchers (mostly making my
own food) because you lose weight gradually and it is easier to keep off
the weight when you lose it slower. I just thought I would share it
with you...
