Jill,

I suggest you print some of the symptoms and info about PCOS and go over them w/your husband (with the TV off and the kids in bed--no interruptions!). It's amazing how many people are understanding about so many med conditions, but just think that we're lazy or undisciplined because of our weight. He may think of PCOS as an "excuse" you're using to be overweight. Once he sees the actual symptoms, causes, etc., he will probably be a lot more supportive. He loves you and I'm sure he'll want to help you stay healthy.
