Reply: Sam: "Re: Newly Diagnosed and my head is spinning..." I have known something was wrong for awhile and now that I've been diagnosed I don't even know where to start to try and get myself back. The only thing I have been told so far is to go on Yasmin and a low carb diet. I desperatly need to loose some weight as I feel terrible about myself and am SO tired ALL the time. I started having my children at a young age between 18@23 I had all 3 of my children so I'm not looking to get pregnant just to get myself and some energy back for my kids. I'm 28 and have been married for 9 years and this is definatly causing a strain on my marriage. My husband just doesn't understand and I don't know if he even wants to he just wants me to loose weight. Please any help or insight would be great..Thank You!!
