Be careful on the low carb diets. I lost 10lbs, and 3 teeth, not to mention the money spend on yeast infection medicine caused by the changes in body's ph. Then when I went off the diet I gained it all back plus 30lbs, and now suffer from cfs because of the stress I had put on my body.
