I looked at the web site. I got through about 3/4 of the list. It looks good. I agree with their choices and what they have to say about it.

As always, though, if you have special needs (eg: back injury) or concerns, check with your doctor. A referral to a physical therapist can be helpful if you have special considerations. Otherwise, give it a shot. It will likely help.
