Keeping your fat intake in place also helps. Try to not eat right before exersizing - wait at least 15-20 minutes, especially afterwards. I lost about 25 pounds incredibly quickly, just curbing carbs down to veggies and fruits. And it looks like even more. I am talking QUICKLY - in about 3 months....
