<< Embr, How do you do it? What is your typical day's food? I eat an egg, some chicken salad or sausage in the AM, broth, salad, or chicken soup at lunch, and whatever my family has for dinner minus the breads. I eat squat, and am still not losing weight despite this and working out.I've started the supplements out of desperation. Hope they work. Why can't I be normal?!?

Sam, It is very difficult--um I have 1-bagel w/fatfree cream cheese(there are so many different kinds out there--bagels and creamcheese) or cereal. I especially like the whole grain. For lunch I eat--believe it or not ARBY'S Market fresh sandwich. The ham or turkey. For a treat sugarfree popcicles. For dinner I'll have grilled chicken (foreman grill it saves so much time) and a salad or steak and veggies/brown rice. Sometimes I'll just have cereal or oatmeal. Anything to keep me from starving when I get up in the am.
