Embr,
How do you do it? What is your typical day's food? I eat an egg, some
chicken salad or sausage in the AM, broth, salad, or chicken soup at
lunch, and whatever my family has for dinner minus the breads. I eat
squat, and am still not losing weight despite this and working out.I've
started the supplements out of desperation. Hope they work. Why can't
I be normal?!?
