Finding the right eating plan

I'm trying to decide which eating plan is the best for someone diagnosed with PCOS. I am currently doing a (very) lo-carb eating plan but I don't like cheese(will eat it but don't care for it). And I fear all the bacon and hot dogs and meat isn't good for my cholesterol. I have heard of a few like Carb Addicts or something but I can't find anything else. Any suggestions? I have about 30-40 lbs to lose and have lost about 20 since May.

thanks Tina
