Hello! I eat cheerios with fruit and soy milk OR have a multigrain waffle or pancakes (homemade). I, too, eat low carb but my carb intake is 140 grams while I eat 1400 calories with only 40 grams of fat. It seems a lot of your intake is animal product and saturated fat which is really not good for someone who has PCOS as we all have higher risks of heart disease!! Perhaps you would like stir-fry vegetables and tofu with a little cheese in a whole wheat pita?? Hummus is wonderful with pita too and you can add vegetables so your carb count does not sky-rocket!

Water! :) If you don't like it, try the flavored kind (still no carbs)or add Crystal Lite to it. You need to get in 3-4 liters per day somehow as water does decrease a lot of the symptoms of PCOS. Also decaf tea with a touch of honey is good too. Have you tried soy or rice milk? They are lower on the fat and carb scale than cow's milk and are quite good.

Hope this helps!
