Newly diagnosed

Hi all! I have so many questions here and hopefully someone won't mind answering them. I was diagnosed with high testosterone and am symptomatic for PCOS. I weigh in at 245 where I am supposed to be 120-135. I have had a terrible time with my weight since getting pregnant and gaining 117 pounds. In the last two years I have tried SOOOO many diets and none of them work. I am currently on Prozac for depression and 50 mg of spironolactone for acne, body and facial hair growth and thinning hair on my head. Because my cholesterol is high, I am on a 1400 calorie diet with only 40 grams of fat. I can eat 6 servings of whole grain, complex carbs, 6 ounces of protein, 5 veggies, 2 fruits, 2 dairy and everything must be low or no cholesterol. Does this sound right to all of you??? What do you do to lose the weight, control the hair growth on your body and promote hair growth on your face. I dye my hair to add thickness. Has anyone tried Rogaine??

I hate being this way and want to lose the weight and get back to my old self! I have always had facial hair problems. *sigh* Please advise!

Thank you!
