Laura,

I can believe it. I was diagnosed with PCOS on Feb 22, 2001. I started the Atkins diet plus supplements (after reading some articles stating that it helped women with PCOS) and around March 18 I ovulated. A couple of weeks later, I had a menstruation. My husband and I thought it was a fluke so I stayed with the diet another month--another ovulation, another menstruation. I've had 4-5 cycles, with ovulation, while on the low-carb diet. It's amazing what can happen when you just change your diet.
