I just found out what I am up against and thought to use your tracking
program. Could you email or hotlink (if possible) that spreadsheet to
me? I would truly appreciate some encouragement too! I started with the
Sugar-Buster Diet and a private trainer, and then school ended (along
with my time). It is all coming back! Help
