Hey Jessica My name is Christina I'm 21 and found out I had PCOS when I was 20. I too gained alot of weight. My first doctor told me not to even try to loose weight because I would not be able to. So I sat on my pitty pot for a year then I got a second oppinion. He said I could loose weight and told me how. And it's basicly keeping my carb's to about 30-40g a day. I have been doing this for a month and have lost 20 pounds with more to go but I feel great. I also exercise just about everyday for about 20 min. My period is also back to a 28 day cycle. I hope this helps you. Feel free to contact me with any other ? or just for support. Good luck
