Chromium Polynicotinate (was Re: Chromium Picolinate)

FYI, some books I've been reading on insulin resistance say that chromium polynicotinate can be a good supplement. Note the different spelling. They are two different types of chromium, and only the "poly" form is good. I found a vitamin that contains this form in a moderate dose. I wouldn't recommend a mega dose.

I just thought you might want to know.
