Hi Dana,

Thanks so much for your reply. I really appreciate the pointers and congrats on the great success that you have had. I wish you the best of luck. I have been looking into the Atkins diet and other low carb diets. Its great to hear from people about the ones that they are on...it goes to help my decision on which one will work the best for me. If you have any other suggestions I would appreciate all the help I could get.
