Hi,

I completely understand your frustrations. I basically live at the gym too, but not getting the results a person with a normal hormonal balance would get!:(

I would suggest trying to cut out your fruit for a while, as fruit is incredibly high in carbs and may be what is causing your insulin no to balance, hence not losing the fat. Give it a go for a couple of weeks and see if it makes a difference. Let me know how you go.

See ya Dana :-)
